I want to see one item, what do I do when I see it on a catalogue page or the product preview page?
Click on the thumbnail to open the individual page with a larger picture and a fuller description.
I've found what I want, how do I order?
Scroll down the page until you see some menu boxes. Insert the number of items you wish to order in the first box to the left of the item's menu box. Then select the size required if appropriate, and the colour. Then click on the yellow "BUY IT" button
What happens next?
The page will "Refresh" by jumping slightly. This is the calculation taking place and the page using "cookies" to store your order for use later when you go to the checkout.
OK! I've done that. What do I do next?
Providing that the item you require is shown correctly in the Shopping Cart boxes at the bottom of the page (if not either clear the cart or amend the number required) you can either navigate around the site to look at the rest of our range or select "Pay at the Checkout".
I've clicked on "Pay at the Checkout" What now?
Fill in the details on the first Payment page after checking that the order listed at the top is correct. This page simply requests some initial details before passing to our Secure Credit Card Processor.
What happens next?
An email will be sent to us automatically to tell us what you have ordered before it goes to the secure site. You will then be able to continue entering your payment details securely.
What next?
Simply wait for us to confirm the details of your order and your shipping address. Once we have been notified that your payment has been accepted we can despatch your order to you.

Have you got "Cookies" disabled? The shopping cart uses cookies to calculate costs and remember details of purchases etc to send to Multicards.
Some Web sites store information in a small text file, called a "cookie," on your hard disk.
Cookies contain information about you and your preferences. For example, if you inquire about a flight schedule at an airline's Web site, the site might create a cookie that contains your itinerary. Or it might only contain a record of which pages within the site you visited, to help the site customize the view for you the next time you visit.
Only the information that you provide, or the choices you make while visiting a Web site, can be stored in a cookie. For example, the site cannot determine your e-mail name unless you choose to type it. Allowing a Web site to create a cookie does not give that or any other site access to the rest of your computer, and only the site that created the cookie can read it.
Internet Explorer is set up to allow the creation of cookies; however, you can specify that you be prompted before a site puts a cookie on your hard disk, so you can choose to allow or disallow the cookie; or you can prevent Internet Explorer from accepting any cookies.
You can specify different settings for different security zones. For example, you might want to allow Web sites to create cookies if they are in your Trusted sites or Local intranet zone, prompt you before creating cookies if they are in your Internet zone, and never allow cookies if they are in your Restricted sites zone.
I assume you are using a form of Windows.
To check whether your Cookies are disabled go to
Start/Settings/Control Panel
click control panel. On the next list select "Internet options"
(You can also get to this point in Internet Explorer by using the "Tools" option on the taskbar and selecting internet options from the drop down menu)
The second tab along "Security"
and select the button at the bottom that says "Custom Level".
You then have a list of options to scroll down, go to the one that is titled "Cookies" and make sure the small circle named "Enabled" is marked in both the per session and storage sections.
Finally Click "OK"
No one has asked a "What is?" question yet.

We do not use Paypal; only credit card payment
through our web site's secure processor. bank transfers or international money
orders.
Paypal! AARGH!. They will quite happily take your money but will not send it to
us because we are in Asia, they won't tell you that, but then afterwards you
have the problem of getting it back, they will keep sending us emails asking us
to log on to return your money, but we cannot log on because the system detects
we are in Asia and will ask for a list of things we cannot supply, documents
written in an Asian language would not be accepted, but all of our company
registration documents are written here to conform to the legal requirements! We
offered copies of our United Kingdom/British passports etc but they wouldn't even answer our mails.
They will refuse to acknowledge any emails we try to send to tell them to refund
your money.
Paypal are an organization, which we personally dare not use; their
statement that you can send money to anyone with an e-mail address is clearly
misleading, (in fact it is a downright lie) they exclude many people from
actually obtaining the money that has been sent, and that includes millions of
people living in Asia. The management of our company are from the UK, we are UK
citizens, but still the rules exclude me, and yes they can tell we are in Asia
with the ISP address.
Check out the following link, we are not the only ones to have problems with
them, hundreds of others are in the same boat.

I personally know people who have problems with these scoundrels, had their money confiscated, seems they are a law to themselves. They will take your money but won't allow us to access them to make any refunds so they have your cash which will take you a long time to get back.
Even while writing this one of our customers has just emailed to say that they have frozen $35,000, (Yes, US$ 35,000). So..... please use our site's Secure Credit Card processor with all the benefits and security that comes with them and us.
Oh, and to add insult to injury, Paypal have now
decided not to transfer any money for anyone that they believe are paying for
anything that they consider to be "adult" products, which includes
items that we manufacture. So, if you are buying or selling through an auction
and they decide to retain your cash you will have difficulty securing a refund.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

So if you find an unauthorized charge to your credit card, you can always contact your credit card company and ask for a chargeback. Especially in the case where you have not used your signature, there is a "no-questions-asked" policy in most credit card companies. The money is withheld from the merchant, and the burden of proof is now on him, that you indeed made the purchase.
This means, of course, that if you were unscrupulous, you could abuse the system and buy things on-line and routinely ask for a chargeback. The risk in on-line ordering is with the Merchant, NOT with the customer. To prevent the type of fraud where the card holder purchases goods or services, them claims he didn't order so wants his money refunded, we have to implement checks from our point of view. Our credit card processing company make some of their checks before we even know that you have ordered. They make further checks over the next two days after we receive the order. We do not ship orders until we are certain that your order is genuine.
Happy shopping,
feel safe dealing with us.
All of our parcels are wrapped in the standard brown paper, tied with string, and has your address label plus a return label to us. This does not mention bondageandfetishwear.com either, just our company name "unicon products" as the first line of the return address. There are no graphics on the wrapping or the box. There is nothing to indicate what products are inside.
It depends which of our sites you purchase
from. From bondageandfetishwear.com it shows Worldpay or Multicards. There is no
mention of us.
If you prefer I can arrange for you to pay through another of our sites which
uses 2checkout and this will show "2checkout" on your credit card
statement. Let me know which items you wish to order and I can make up a
personal page for you on this site.
Absolutely nothing! We never share personal details or email addresses with anyone. We aim to provide an excellent service and encourage customers to come back for repeat orders. If we ever gave out a customers personal details, name or email address our reputation for confidentiality would be ruined.
